At 3 Doves we believe in service with education.  After we diagnose the system problem we will present our findings to the homeowner.  our differentiating factor from most companies is educating the customer on the details of the problem, like possible reasons why it failed. How that part works in the greater system. What happens if you don’t replace or fix the part? And all the repair and/or replace options, we will educate you on the up and downside to each option so you can choose the best option for you and your budget. Being a small company, you can be assured of personal service without all the layers of management. Also, we are conflict-free, many larger companies have sales quotas they need to meet to keep preferred vendor status causing a conflict in the options of equipment they may offer you.
